How to view information contained in the following list and save a copy to your hard drive:
     1. Select the file that you wish to view.
     2. The selected information will be displayed.
     3. Select "FILE" on the browser tool bar.
     4. Select "SAVE AS" to save this information to your hard drive.
          Using "SAVE AS" enables you to choose a destination on your hard drive and
          rename the selection if necessary.
     5. Once the selected information has been saved to your hard drive changes
          may be made.
